Who Thrives Here:Experienced, licensed advisors frustrated by limitations, lack of ownership, or culture mismatch at their current firm • Young licensed professionals eager to build something of their own with mentorship and real leadership pathways Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver risk management strategies for each customer based on their risk profile. • Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction. • Remain updated on insurance industry changes and protocols to fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims from start to finish. Qualifications: • You must either have U.S. Citizenship or a Green Card and live in the United States. • Life and Health License, SIE, and 7 required by 6 months of hire. • Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products, risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulations. • Sales experience is highly preferred. Applicants with successful careers in sales are our top producers. Compensation: $100,500 - $129,650 at plan commission
