In addition to the below, you have a responsibility to expand a business practice by use of effective prospecting and referral-based strategies, as well as identifying and cultivating new client relationships within target markets. Your earning potential is upside with a draw against commission set up that is further explained in the interview process. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree (Required) • US Work Authorization • Entrepreneurial Mindset--desire to work in a commission environment • Interpersonal & Relationship Skills • Desire to build a business for yourself but not by yourself • Strong work ethic • Coachable • Desire to help others • Have or willing to obtain a state Life/Health Insurance License, SIE, Series 7 & Series 66 Compensation: $125,000
