A CSS warmly serves clients and other team members and helps deliver outstanding client service. A CSS performs a variety of technical and administrative duties, works to meet the unique needs of our clients, and supports other members of our team.

Responsibilities
- Understands and represents the purpose and values of Financial Advisory Corporation.
- Assists with running and updating various software applications related to CRM, trading, and document management.
- Interfaces with Wealth Advisors, clients, team members, and other professionals to deliver outstanding client service.
- Assists Wealth Advisors with matters related to client meeting preparation, follow up, scheduling, correspondence, service, etc.
- Participates in research projects as required.
- Confidentiality and attention to detail are key areas to maintain.
- Interacts with various companies and financial professionals in regard to client needs.
- Maintains a working knowledge in the areas of financial planning, investing, etc.
- A variety of other duties as requested.

- Ability to work in a team environment, comfortable serving in a support role; enjoys serving.
- Comfortable working with technology and various information systems.
- Competent in various software applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint,etc.
- Able to become proficient in other software applications we use –Worldox, Junxure, Tamarac, and Dragon.
- Proven research and technical capabilities.
- Accurate and detailed oriented; technical aptitude.
- Competent written and oral communication skills.
- Enjoy working in an administrative role.
Qualifications Required:
