    A CSS warmly serves clients and other team members and helps deliver outstanding client service. A CSS performs a variety of technical and administrative duties, works to meet the unique needs of our clients, and supports other members of our team. Contact Information:

    Responsibilities

    1. Understands and represents the purpose and values of Financial Advisory Corporation.
    2. Assists with running and updating various software applications related to CRM, trading, and document management.
    3. Interfaces with Wealth Advisors, clients, team members, and other professionals to deliver outstanding client service.
    4. Assists Wealth Advisors with matters related to client meeting preparation, follow up, scheduling, correspondence, service, etc.
    5. Participates in research projects as required.
    6. Confidentiality and attention to detail are key areas to maintain.
    7. Interacts with various companies and financial professionals in regard to client needs.
    8. Maintains a working knowledge in the areas of financial planning, investing, etc.
    9. A variety of other duties as requested.

    Key Skills

    1. Ability to work in a team environment, comfortable serving in a support role; enjoys serving.
    2. Comfortable working with technology and various information systems.
    3. Competent in various software applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint,etc.
    4. Able to become proficient in other software applications we use –Worldox, Junxure, Tamarac, and Dragon.
    5. Proven research and technical capabilities.
    6. Accurate and detailed oriented; technical aptitude.
    7. Competent written and oral communication skills.
    8. Enjoy working in an administrative role.

    Qualifications Required: • Service oriented • Comfortable using new technology • Working proficiency in Windows, Word, & Excel • Accurate and detail oriented • Excellent communication skills – Phone, Email, face-to-face • Ability and desire to work in a team environment, comfortable serving in a support role • Related business experience in at least one of the following areas:investments, financial planning, accounting, bookkeeping, legal,financial, insurance, banking, administration, or trust services
