DESCRIPTION
A CSS warmly serves clients and other team members and helps deliver outstanding client service. A CSS performs a variety of administrative and technical duties, works to meet the unique needs of our clients, and supports other members of our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand and represent the purpose and values of Financial Advisory Corporation.
- In concert with other team members, deliver outstanding client service that results in a memorable client experience.
- Offer proactive assistance to Wealth Advisors with matters related to client meeting preparation, follow up, scheduling, correspondence, service, etc.
- Prepare, deliver, and process documents to open, transfer, close, or update client accounts.
- Prepare and process check requests, journals, wires, and other money movement tasks. Verify that all requests are accurately completed.
- Interact with various companies and financial professionals regarding client needs.
- Welcome and warmly respond to client requests regarding their accounts and related correspondence.
- Follow established processes with various software applications related to client information, workflow, and document management.
- Participate in different projects and a variety of other assignments as requested.
KEY SKILLS
- Ability to work in a team environment, comfortable serving in a support role, enjoy serving.
- Embrace and enjoy working in an administrative role.
- Accurate and detailed oriented; technical aptitude.
- Comfortable working with technology and various information systems.
- Competent in various software applications – Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Able to become proficient in other software applications we use – Worldox, Junxure, and Tamarac.
- Maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail is imperative.
PREFERRED ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE
- Service oriented
- Ability and desire to work in a team environment, comfortable serving in a support role
- Enjoys interacting with others and building relationships with clients
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Working proficiency in Windows, Word, & Excel
- Related business experience in at least one of the following areas preferred: investments, financial planning, accounting, bookkeeping, legal, financial, insurance, banking, administration, or trust services
