OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/TAX PROCESSOR
Small Orange County-based tax and wealth management firm has an immediate (full-time/part-time) opening for an Office Administrator/Tax Processor. Our ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent people and time management skills. We are located in Downtown Santa Ana in a modern, unique office space walking distance from new coffee houses and restaurants.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide a wide variety of administrative support to the principle, managers, and professional staff, including coordinating calendars, scheduling appointments and managing multiple administrative projects
Process electronic or paper copies of client income tax returns
Work with spreadsheets and track data in a database
Perform scanning, photocopying, faxing, filing and mailing responsibilities
A qualified candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in office administration required
Previous CPA firm experience or general knowledge of tax returns is preferred but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) required
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with clients and provide support for a best of client experience
Ability to execute tasks under tight deadlines
Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with care and professionalism
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
AA degree or higher is preferred but not required
