What We're Looking For: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable professional with a least 1 year of Financial Aid experience - preferably in a career college or trade school setting - who is eager to support students from enrollment through graduation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and determine Federal Financial Aid eligibility in compliance with Title IV regulations

Counsel students on available aid packages and assist with the financial aid process from start to finish

Ensure adherence to Department of Education policies and TWC standards

Accurately package student awards and maintain timely, compliant records

Collaborate with the Admissions and Student Services teams to support student success

What You Bring:

Minimum 1 year of financial aid experience required (career college experience preferred)

Proven knowledge of Financial Aid Management Systems (FAMS)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiples priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)

Ability to Commute
