    We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding individual to join our Employee Experience Finance team! The EX org is dedicated to crafting engaging and exceptional experiences to fuel the success of our world class workforce. We are looking for a highly driven Senior Financial Analyst to be a part of our team in San Jose, CA! In this role, you will have the ability to influence management decisions, lead change & standardized methodologies, and challenge the status quo as Adobe continues to scale for growth. This position will support senior leadership with headcount and budget management, drive and guide our partners through key processes such as the quarterly & annual planning cycles, and provide continuous insight into the overall health of the business, including trends, variances and risk assessments. You will contribute to decision support by providing business partners with financial guidance and by effectively presenting data to leadership in a comprehensible manner. In addition, this role will manage close activities in partnership with the business and global accounting teams.

    Key Skills:

    • High attention to details with organizational skills and ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results; team oriented.
    • Excellent analytical & technical skills: Excel skills are a plus, and experience in Tableau, PowerBI, and Anaplan are highly valued
    • Positive attitude, collaborative, and comfort in a fluid environment that changes as the business evolves. Highly motivated self-starter who is passionate about continuous improvements.
    • Proven knowledge of financial fundamentals and forecasting process.
    • Strong analytical, and outstanding social skills, to articulate key business and the financial implications/business impact
    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field. MBA preferred.
    • Minimum 5+ years of FP&A (or related) experience required

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $102,300 -- $196,450 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    In California, the pay range for this position is $135,700 - $196,450

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
