    Financial Analyst BeMobile, Inc. - Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer

    Reports to: Chief Financial Officer

    BeMobile, a growing company with 90+ retail locations, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team. This role is key to supporting financial operations, providing actionable insights, and assisting with strategic initiatives to optimize performance across the organization.

    Required skills and qualifications

    4 Year Degree - preferably in Accounting or Finance

    Experience in forecasting, modeling, and in-depth reporting

    Ability to identify and analyze financial opportunities to reduce costs or enhance revenue streams

    Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams

    Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for leadership

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills for strategic initiatives

    Ability to lead a project and produce deliverables on time

    Using a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite, and other internal systems

    Preferred Experience

    Prior FP&A experience or business analysis experience

    Track record of career progression

    This position is located in Grand Forks, ND, corporate center.

    Areas of Responsibility and Associated Tasks:

    Financial models and reporting - You must develop and maintain financial models to forecast future financial performance and assess the impact of different business scenarios. This includes cost savings analysis in evaluating cost centers and new, revenue opportunities as well as business efficiencies. Reporting includes building financial reports for internal and external use. You must also be forward-thinking by looking for new ways to approach company initiatives, reporting and modeling.

    Data analysis and optimization – this role collects and analyzes data from past transactions and investments to forecast market trends and provide information to allow wise investing. This includes data from various sources including financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators. Tracking all key company metrics and objectives is expected in departments of the company.

    Budgeting – You must assist with the development of short and long-term forecasts and budgets, and prepare accurate financial information for all internal and external parties including variance analysis and scenario planning.

    Business Optimization: includes monitoring and evaluating the financial performance of the company, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Identify and assess financial risks, and provide recommendations for mitigating these risks. Collaboration with management is expected to develop long-term financial strategies and plans.
