Job Title: QuickBooks Online Specialist & Cash Flow Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional with deep expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and data analysis. You will be responsible for managing financial data, analyzing cash flow trends, and forecasting based on AP/AR and historical trends. Your work will directly support leadership in making strategic cash decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update records in QuickBooks Online

Analyze accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activity

Build and maintain 13-week cash flow forecasts

Create financial dashboards or reports to show key trends and recommendations

Collaborate with the leadership team on planning and decision-making

Identify areas to improve margins, payment timing, or vendor management

Requirements:

3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online

Strong experience with cash flow forecasting and financial modeling

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, graphs)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of e-commerce or Amazon accounting is a plus

Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively
