This position is located in office at the Corporate Office located at 7621 Inwood Road, Dallas, TX 75209

Job Summary:

Develops and analyzes all types of credit information. Prepares complete loan packages independently for mid size to large loans, completes all documents, including projections, prepares analyses and makes the appropriate recommendations. Assists with preparation of larger and more complex loan packages. Provides assistance to loan officers or the credit administrator as requested.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• At the request of lenders and senior bank officers, contactsbanks, trade, and credit associations, salespeople, and others to obtain creditinformation.
• Studies and keeps abreast of economic trends in industries,business types, and banking in order to provide an accurate assessment of risks
• With or at the request of lenders, visits places of businessto determine condition of collateral, gather information, take pictures, orcompare methods of operation
• Evaluates results of investigations, prepared writtenreports of findings, and suggests credit limitations to management.
• Maintains database of customer credit histories
• Other duties related to the Financial Analyst position
