    Based in Santa Clara, the Financial Analyst will be a part of the FP&A organization, supporting Sales. Part of the GTM Finance HQ team you will this position will have you looking at on our entire P&L in Sales, from top-line to profitability, across all geographies.

    As a key member of the GTM Finance HQ team, you will:

    • Contribute to the financial planning process, helping develop the annual operating plan, budgeting and quarterly forecasting
    • Partner with various finance teams to manage and consolidate Sales headcount and Opex
    • Work with Finance and Accounting to track financial results vs. budget and complete month-end accruals and reclasses
    • Analyze financial results and communicate important messages to senior management optimizing our performance
    • Support the Sales organization with financial insights, and development of performance metrics and reporting
    • Refine FP&A processes to improve forecast accuracy and completion time

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role you have:

    • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
    • 3+ years' experience. Prior experience in SaaS FP&A, equity research, investment banking, management consulting, or similar background that understands both financial and operational metrics
    • Passion for highly analytical work with attention to detail and natural curiosity
    • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others
    • Self-motivated and has the ability to multi-task with a can-do attitude
    • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
    • Optional: knowledgeable with Anaplan, Pigment, visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau)
    • Optional: Prior experience working globally across time zones and geographies, or other relevant international/multi-cultural exposure.

    For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $91,000 - $141,100, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
