Position: Financial Analyst
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Schedule: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite, 2 Remote)
Training: Onsite for all 5 days during initial training period.
Contract Duration: ASAP Start - 4/24/2026
Pay Rate: $24.43 hourly, paid weekly.

Overview:

Wealth Management Tax Operations is responsible for managing a variety of tax-related functions that ensure compliance with IRS and state regulations. These functions include tax reporting, withholding payments, and cost basis updates, primarily for investment and retirement accounts within Wealth Management.

We are currently seeking a Financial Data and Reporting Operations Representative to join our Tax Operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely information reporting to the IRS for both international and retirement accounts.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of handling complex tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The position requires excellent communication skills, a high level of ownership, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and resolve incoming requests via the New Service Gateway queue, team email inboxes, and various exception reports.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and deadlines related to tax form delivery and reporting.
• Participate in yearly tax form testing, production validation, and assist with documentation and procedure updates.
• Support the team with additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a proven history of accuracy and ownership.
• Ability to work independently and resolve complex issues with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and phone etiquette.
• Consistently demonstrates professionalism and discretion in all interactions.

Work Schedule & Overtime:

• Mandatory overtime is required during tax season (January–April).
• May include up to 6-day work weeks.
• Additional 1–2 hours daily (M–F) and possible work on bank holidays depending on business needs.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior operations or tax reporting experience is a plus.
  

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
