We are currently seeking an experienced Account Executive to target plumbers in the greater Cleveland market, focusing on 24/7 emergency response services. This individual will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships, driving business growth, and contributing to our commitment to excellence.

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze the company’s financial data to assist us in making the best possible decisions to reduce costs and improve financial performance. You will conduct business studies, identify trends, consolidate information into understandable reports, and make recommendations. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with in-depth knowledge of financial forecasting and proven experience as a successful Financial Analyst. This will consist of both analysis and some basic bookkeeping functions.

    Responsibilities

    Lead the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

    Prepare detailed financial analyses, including variance analysis.

    Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop key performance metrics and dashboards.

    Initial lead on developing budget for new service offerings and build-out costs.

    Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

    Assist in evaluation of potential add-ons or new opportunities and their financial merit.

    Oversee invoicing, reconciliations, accounts payable, and basic accounting and bookkeeping functions as needed.

    Partner with teams to streamline financial processes and reporting systems.

    Provide insights and recommendations to the team based on financial data.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field

    Previous experience as a Financial Analyst or a similar role

    Understanding of the market’s financial data

    Ability to provide reliable, data-based financial advice

    Ability to explain complex financial information in simple terms

    Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

    Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, databases, and financial software

    Deep understanding of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis
