POSITION OVERVIEW

Stream Realty Partners, L.P. is seeking a Financial Analyst to assist in various aspects of Stream’s Development Services group. The Development Services group provides a full suite of development related services, from site selection to disposition, for clients as well as Stream owned investments. We specialize in industrial, office, and mixed-use developments across multiple major markets nation-wide.

This position will support the entire team with a focus on financial aspects and will be an important part of the detailed operations of the group. The role will provide exposure to all components of commercial real estate development, construction, and investments. A willingness to learn and adapt is critical, and the role demands the highest standards of behavior and a collaborative work ethic.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Underwrite industrial real estate assets using discounted cash flow models, sales comp analysis, and sensitivity scenarios
• Assist in the creation of broker opinion of value (BOV) materials and offering memoranda (OMs) for disposition assignments
• Conduct market research on industrial leasing and capital markets trends, including rent comps, sale comps, tenant movements, and new developments
• Coordinate due diligence efforts, including lease abstraction, financial document review, and data room management
• Maintain and update pipeline tracking databases and CRM tools
• Support senior team members in property tours, buyer outreach, and client reporting
• Collaborate with debt, leasing, and research teams to inform positioning and underwriting assumptions
• Assist in special projects, valuations, or pitch preparation as need

Qualifications

• Real Estate License required
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, accounting, or related field
• 1+ years of previous work experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, private equity, or public accounting required
• Familiarity with Argus, CoStar, Real Capital Analytics, and Excel modeling
• Knowledge of industrial real estate or capital markets strongly preferred
• High organization and attention to detail
• Strong/advanced Excel skills
• Ability to discern information from legal documents
• Must handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and establish priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
• Able to communicate clearly & concisely to individuals at different organizational levels, internally and externally, both verbal and written
• Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders
