    Job Summary:
    JEGS Automotive is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the financial planning and analysis functions of the company. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing financial data, developing budgets, and providing insights to assist the company's decision-making process. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    You Will:

    • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Assist in developing annual budgets and monthly forecasts. Collaborate with department heads to collect and analyze financial data for accurate forecasting.
    • Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
    • Reporting: Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key financial metrics, variances, and trends.
    • Cost Monitoring: Track and analyze costs, expenses, and budget variances. Assist in identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
    • Business Support: Partner with different departments to offer financial guidance and support decision-making processes.
    • Forecast Accuracy: Regularly review and assess the accuracy of financial forecasts and adjust based on actual performance and changing business conditions.
    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial analysis and reporting processes. Assist in implementing best practices and improving efficiencies.
    • Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and accounting standards.

    You Have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and summarize complex financial data.
    • Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
