As we scale, we're looking for a sharp, proactive Financial Analyst to join our team and help turn data into strategic decisions.

    Position Overview

    The Financial Analyst will work closely with leadership across finance, operations, and marketing to deliver insights that improve profitability, inventory management, and business performance. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys digging into numbers to drive meaningful outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning

    Analyze product margins, pricing, ad performance, and channel profitability

    Track and report on sales performance across stores, marketplaces, and e-commerce

    Support inventory forecasting, purchasing decisions, and cost optimization

    Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards for executive review

    Assist with reconciliations, variance analysis, and KPI reporting

    Collaborate with store managers, buyers, and marketing to identify opportunities and risks

    Help improve processes for reporting, planning, and decision-making

    Qualifications

    2–4 years of experience in a finance, FP&A, or business analyst role

    Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)

    Experience with QuickBooks Online, Lightspeed, or marketplace data tools is a plus

    Excellent attention to detail and ability to distill large data sets into key insights

    Strong communication and collaboration skills

    Experience in retail, e-commerce, or CPG industries preferred

    Passion for sports, trading cards, or collectibles is a bonus
