Position: Financial Analyst
Pay: $60,000-$70,000
Schedule: Full time M-Fr. Central or EST preferred but not a must
The FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in providing key analysis and support to the organization. We are looking for an intellectually curious individual who can provide detailed analytical support to management through a variety of financial and operational analyses. The FP&A Analyst will work closely with various departments to support overall company success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage daily, weekly, monthly and yearly operational reporting
· Support Operations and Finance in building annual budgets
· Support finance manager in initiatives to establish relationships with business partners, and proactively address issues that may arise during this process
· Ensure reporting accuracy, understand drivers of variances, and provide insightful commentary and analysis for current and future periods.
· Analyze, prepare, and present variance analysis based on actual results compared to historical results, budgets, and forecasts.
· Perform ad-hoc analyses and modeling as requested
· Identify opportunities to improve, scale, or simplify finance tools and processes across teams or the organization as a whole
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
· 1-2 years of relevant experience.
· Experience with BI platforms, Netsuite and Onestream (preferred but not required).
· Intermediate to Advanced Excel capabilities
· Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and interacting with different levels of management.
· Solid judgment, analytical ability, and creativity in solving problems requiring out of the box critical thinking skills
· Ability to take initiative and work independently, effectively managing tasks and driving projects forward without constant oversight
