Responsibilities for Financial Analyst

• Develop cash flow models that help with decision-making
• Provide analytics, forecasting, and reporting
• Produce monthly reports on performance
• Identify opportunities for pricing and asset management improvements

Qualifications for Financial Analyst

• Working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
• Programming skills to build scalable financial models a plus
• Analytical and strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy required
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
