Finacial Analyst Requirements:

• Two years of related experience and/or training in Commercial Property Management and/or commercial real estate.
• Proficient with Yardi/Microsoft Office, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Outlook, Chrome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Solid background in accounting and financial reporting.
• Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
• Team player with the ability to change priorities on short-notice.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced work environment.
• Willingness for expansion of duties over time.
• Colorado Real Estate License preferred

The Financial Analyst will support investment and sales activities and will be involved in all facets of the team's business activities, including underwriting and research required for property valuation and negotiation. This position will attend property tours, inspections and meetings.

Finacial Analyst Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and analyze property income and expense statements
• Develop comparable property analysis summaries for client presentations
• Utilize Excel for models regarding property underwriting and valuation
• Facilitate listing agreements and Accounts Receivable
• Monitoring the progress of assignments delegated to internal support teams
• Creating calendars with critical dates and communicating to all pertinent parties
• Scheduling site visits with clients and onsite management as needed
• Researching and updating property sales, ownership and new development changes
• Creating and disseminating quarterly market reports
• Reviewing marketing materials prior to client approval
• Developing summaries for property marketing materials
