Responsibilities: • Analyze client financials, risk tolerance, and long-term goals to design personalized retirement strategies. • Research and evaluate retirement account options, including IRAs, 401(k)s, annuities, and rollovers. • Guide clients through retirement account set-up, transfers, and ongoing management. • Monitor portfolio performance and recommend adjustments to align with changing goals and market conditions. • Stay updated on tax laws, retirement regulations, and industry best practices. • Communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and relatable way. • Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive financial plans. Qualifications: • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and client relationship-building abilities. • Knowledge of retirement account structures and regulatory compliance. • Licensing in Life & Health Insurance, Series 6/7/65/66 (preferred but not always required, depending on structure). • Enterprising mindset with a commitment to professional growth. Compensation: $60,000 yearly
