Main Job Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities
· Collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data results
· Defining new data collection and analysis processes
· Data entry of new items, cost, and purchase orders into our system
· Provide management with monthly reporting (i.e. backorder reports, inbound freight, stock levels)
· Analyze sales data to help with purchase orders and site update on sale categories
· Update our system and sites with new information
· Respond to inquiries from other departments, such as but not limited to Pricing, ETA’s, Product Questions, Product Issues, etc.
· Work closely with our Warehouse team to resolve product, shipment, and/or receiving issues
· Respond to vendor inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
Knowledge, Abilities, & Skills
· Strong understanding of Microsoft applications with a focus on Excel & Outlook
· Experience in data models and reporting packages with the ability to analyze large datasets
· Experience with SAGE or similar inventory systems preferred
· Basic knowledge of Photoshop, or similar image editing program
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Strong attention to detail & deadline management skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work under pressure in a team-oriented environment or independently
· Must be comfortable viewing adult imagery and videos daily, with the ability to hold, describe, and professionally discuss adult products with vendors and co-workers
Experience:
· 2+ years of Microsoft suite with a focus on Excel
· 2+ years of analytics
· Statistics and mathematics background preferred
