Job Description
As a Financial Assistant , you will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational support across programs. This position requires strong attention to detail, comfort with data, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
You’ll work closely with operations, accounting, and external partners to manage renewal timelines, service agreements, financial documentation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and maintain financial data in spreadsheets and databases
Track and manage renewal documents, service agreements, and rate determinations
Partner with DHS and internal teams to meet renewal timelines
Review financial data, including service authorizations, for accuracy and completeness
Understand and interpret revenue reports from Accounting
Maintain organized financial files and ensure data security standards
Manage financial information in Therap and other software systems
Run and analyze eligibility and spend-down reports
Communicate financial updates to operational leadership
Follow up on outstanding issues and document communications
Coordinate communication regarding past-due rents with Rep Payees or Individuals

Additional Information
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Flexibility required to meet deadlines and occasional overtime needs.
Hybrid work available after 60 days based on performance.
