    This is a commission role. Pay is based on performance We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven individual to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong people skills. We provide training for financial services. As a Broker, you will be responsible for teaching clients the benefits of each service, providing clients with expert advice, and helping them decide which is best for them. This role requires great people skills and the desire to learn sales and marketing. Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week Work Location: Hybrid remote in Carrollton, TX 75006 Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Part-time Responsibilities: • Prospecting & Lead Generation – Finding potential clients through networking, referrals, social media, and outreach. • Client Needs Analysis – Meeting with clients to understand their financial goals, family situation, and protection needs. • Policy Presentation & Education – Explaining life insurance options (term, whole life, IUL, etc.) in a way clients can understand. • Application & Underwriting Support – Helping clients complete applications, gathering documents, and guiding them through approval. • Client Service & Relationship Management – Providing ongoing support, reviewing policies, and helping with claims or adjustments. Qualifications: • Strong Communication People Skills – Comfortable talking with new people, building trust, and explaining financial concepts clearly. • Self-Motivated, Goal-Oriented – Ability to work independently, stay disciplined, and push toward income/production targets. • Basic Tech/Computer Skills – Comfortable using Zoom, email, and online applications (no prior industry experience required). Compensation: $95,000 at plan commission DOE
