Responsibilities: • Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and create personalized plans that align with their needs. • Provide expert guidance on retirement planning, insurance options, and tax strategies to enhance clients' financial security. • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, serving as a reliable advisor throughout their financial journey. • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure clients receive the most current and relevant advice. • Conduct regular reviews of clients' financial plans to ensure they remain aligned with evolving goals and market conditions. • Utilize innovative tools and resources provided by Mass Mutual to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients. Qualifications: • Sales experience (outside sales representative, retail sales associate) preferred. • Strong Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. • Self-Motivated, Detail-Oriented. • Communicates effectively, confidently, and is comfortable engaging all clients. • Valid Life, Health, and Annuities License (Preferred). • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. • Computer skills needed. Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 yearly
