Registered Representatives offer securities through NYLIFE Securities LLC (member FINRA/SIPC), A Licensed Insurance Agency - Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V Responsibilities: As a Financial Consultant: • Build relationships and deliver tailored financial strategies using our wide suite of solutions (insurance, annuities, investments, etc.). • Conduct needs-based consultations to develop comprehensive financial plans. • Leverage digital planning tools and CRM systems to track and manage client relationships. • Prospect new clients through networking, events, social media, referrals, and professional alliances. • Host educational meetings and seminars on financial wellness. As You Transition to Management (Associate Partner Role): • Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals. • Use your firsthand experience to recruit, coach, and develop new agents. • Participate in a structured six-month management training program. • Drive business growth through leadership and team-building. • Assist in the day-to-day operation of one of the largest General Offices within NYL. Qualifications: What We Are Looking For • Sales, management, or entrepreneurial experience (strongly preferred) • MBA or advanced degree is a plus • Coachable, Competitive, Self-Disciplined • Strong relationship-building and communication skills • Passion for helping others achieve financial success • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 yearly
