Responsibilities: Please note that this is a sales position! • Build and maintain client relationships by providing personalized financial advice and solutions • Gather and assess clients’ financial information, goals, and risk tolerance • Develop custom strategies for retirement, education savings, wealth protection, and estate planning • Recommend a wide range of products, including life insurance, annuities, mutual funds, and more • Guide clients through plan execution and conduct regular reviews to adapt strategies as needed • Collaborate with other New York Life professionals to deliver holistic solutions Qualifications: Please note that this is a sales position! • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive for success and independence • Strategic thinker with sound judgment, attention to detail, and analytical skills • Background in sales, customer service, or financial services is helpful but not required • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or marketing is preferred but not mandatory • Bilingual abilities are a strong plus • Must be willing to obtain a state Life & Health insurance license (training and sponsorship provided) Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Licensing sponsors • Vision insurance Compensation Package: • Bonus opportunities • Commission pay Compensation: $77,000 - $91,000 at plan earnings
