    Looking to start a career in financial services but don’t have industry experience? The Fortitude Team is looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals who want to learn the financial services industry while helping individuals and families pursue their financial goals. No previous financial experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and professional development designed to help you learn the business and develop the skills needed to work with clients. This is a remote, independent-contractor opportunity with flexible part-time and full-time pathways. Professional licensing is required. Responsibilities: Meet virtually with individuals and families to learn about their financial goals and priorities Educate clients on financial concepts and available strategies after completing required training and licensing Help clients identify areas where they may need additional financial protection or planning Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships Provide ongoing follow-up and customer service to clients Participate in weekly training, coaching, and professional development Develop new relationships through referrals, networking, and community outreach Complete required licensing and follow applicable industry and compliance standards Qualifications: Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Coachable and receptive to feedback Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented Enjoys helping and working with people Comfortable communicating virtually and working remotely Able to manage time and work independently No previous financial services experience required Customer service, sales, hospitality, education, healthcare, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required Must be willing and eligible to obtain required professional licensing Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
