Build a practice with your name on it, not just another job in finance. TruOak Financial Partners is looking for competitive, coachable professionals who want more than a title, quota, or traditional advisor path. This is for someone who wants to build something real: a client base, a personal brand, and a long-term advisory practice with real upside. You will not be handed a book of business, but you will be trained, coached, challenged, and supported by a firm built around ownership, development, and performance. Backed by National Life Group, TruOak offers the strength of a national platform with the culture and flexibility of a modern, advisor-first firm. Our advisors have access to tiered training, advanced planning support, leadership access, in-house resources, and mentorship from some of National Life’s top producers. More than 30 advisors have joined TruOak this year because they wanted more autonomy, better support, and a platform that helps them build a career they are proud of. Our culture is being recognized too. TruOak was named a 2026 Culture Excellence & Industry Awards winner through TopWorkplaces.com and Bucketlist, based on employee feedback surveys, with recognition in Financial Services, Compensation & Benefits, Professional Development, Leadership, Employee Well-Being, Purpose & Values, Innovation, Work-Life Flexibility, and Employee Appreciation. New advisors also receive access to SAGE, a marketing and lead-generation tool that helps open doors by adding value through eligible transferable tuition reward credits for clients’ children, grandchildren, and family members.
