    Position Overview: As a Financial Representative at Modern Woodmen, you play a vital role in addressing members' financial needs, demonstrating leadership in the community, and driving the growth of the local office. Our Region provides an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the financial well-being of individuals and families in the local communities we serve.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Serve members' financial needs by providing tailored financial solutions.

    Exemplify leadership in the community through active involvement and engagement.

    Drive the growth of the local office by recruiting, training, and developing financial representatives.

    Build and nurture a high-performing team to contribute to the success of Modern Woodmen.

    Qualifications:

    Life License (required or willingness to quickly reinstate/obtain)

    SIE, 6, 63, and 26 OR 7, 63, 24 (required to obtain if not active)

    Strong community connection

    Leadership skills and effective communication ability

    Strong background in a client facing role, business development or customer service

    About Lori Seckel – Regional Director: Lori Seckel’s journey with Modern Woodmen began in 2002, following her graduation from The Ohio State University with a degree in education. Drawn to a career that blends meaningful relationships with community impact, Lori found her place helping others plan for brighter futures. Over the years, she has become a steady presence within the organization, known for her dedication, empathy, and hands-on approach with both clients and team members.

    Outside of work, Lori is all about family. She enjoys spending time at the lake with her husband and their two kids, and much of her personal life revolves around whatever her children are involved in—whether it's sports, school, or new adventures. Her ability to balance leadership at work with a strong commitment to family life reflects the values she brings to the Modern Woodmen team every day.
