We are seeking an experienced and strategic Controller to join our leadership team and oversee the financial operations of our expanding organization.

    As the Controller, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial infrastructure, supporting sound decision-making, and ensuring long-term fiscal health. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    •	Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate internal and external financial statements in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. 
    
    •	Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop annual budgets and forecasts; monitor performance and provide variance analysis to guide strategic decisions. 
    
    •	Accounting Operations: Lead and manage the accounting team, overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and the general ledger. 
    
    •	Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of tax returns and adherence to all local, state, and federal tax regulations. 
    
    •	Internal Controls: Design and implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets and maintain the integrity of financial records. 
    
    •	Auditing: Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with all audit requirements and timelines. 
    
    •	Financial Analysis: Provide in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, uncover risks, and offer actionable insights to senior leadership. 
    
    •	Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with accounting regulations and ensure ongoing compliance with all financial laws and standards. 
    
    •	Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement. 
    
    •	Communication: Effectively communicate financial results and insights to stakeholders including executives, investors, and auditors. 
    

    Qualifications:

    •	Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) 
    
    •	5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role 
    
    •	Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls 
    
    •	Prior experience in healthcare, dental, or multi-location service industries is highly preferred 
    
    •	Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel 
    
    •	Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
