🔍 What You’ll Do:

Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.

Lead month-end and year-end close processes.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the combined P&L across all divisions.

Manage strategic cash flow initiatives and processes

Implement internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance.

Analyze financial data and trends to guide strategic decisions.

Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.

Support the executive team with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).

5+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership, preferably in a multi-unit or multi-location business.

Proven track record of optimizing financial processes and improving profitability.

Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage).

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

💼 Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $90,000

Performance Bonus: Annual bonus tied to 5% Net Income Growth over prior year (Combined P&L)
