Required skills and qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting

Three or more years of experience as a senior-level accounting or finance manager

Three or more years of leading, managing, and making decisions for business financial projects

Strong technology skills with experience with Epicor retail software preferred

Exemplary understanding of ethics, confidentiality, and the need to remain flexible and able to make fast-paced decisions in the ever-changing retail environment
