** About the Role**
We’re seeking a high-energy, forward-thinking Financial Controller to oversee our fast-growing, multi-entity property management division. You’ll lead accounting operations, support M&A activity, help refine scalable systems for new growth, and partner directly with our CEO and COO on financial strategy.
This role isn’t just about closing the books - it’s about building the engine that drives a national hospitality brand.
_ Key Responsibilities:_
- Financial Leadership: Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, and audit processes for a growing portfolio of RV resorts and campgrounds across multiple states and entities.
- Acquisition Integration : Lead the accounting setup and onboarding for new property acquisitions and dispositions.
- Systems Development: Help refine and enhance our property management accounting platforms, ensuring scalability as we double and triple our portfolio size.
- Reporting & Analysis: Produce timely, accurate monthly financials, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and board-level reporting.
- Process Optimization: Identify, design, and implement improvements to accounting processes and controls to maximize accuracy, speed, and compliance.
- Stakeholder Support: Work closely with Operations, Technology, Marketing, and Executive Leadership teams to provide financial insights that drive decision-making.
- Banking and Reconciliation: Oversee all bank reconciliations, ensure proper management of security deposits, and safeguard company cash flows.

- Maintain 100% accuracy in monthly reconciliations and compliance tasks.
