Thrive 3PL is seeking a driven Financial Data Analyst who can turn data into strategic insights that accelerate both day‑to‑day warehouse performance and an aggressive acquisition strategy. You’ll architect our finance data stack, building dashboards, cash‑flow forecasts, and deal models that give leadership real‑time visibility into client‑level profitability and capacity planning. If you thrive on financial modeling, BI automation, and partnering with operators to unlock growth, we want to meet you.

    About Thrive 3PL

We’re the tech‑forward fulfillment partner helping e‑commerce brands scale without the logistics headache.

Built with a clear mission - to help businesses Thrive - we simplify the complexities of omnichannel fulfillment so our clients can stay laser‑focused on growth, innovation, and their customers. We serve clients by storing inventory, packing and shipping orders, and providing high‑value services like kitting, returns management, and quality inspections that modern e‑commerce brands can’t scale without.

Our edge lies in the fusion of deep omnichannel sales expertise, a tech‑forward operating model, and a culture anchored in integrity, ownership, strong communication, and continuous improvement.

Thrive is growing quickly and working to acquire other independent operators in a fragmented landscape. If you’re hungry to apply your finance and data acumen to real-world insights to analyze, optimize, and acquire fulfillment operations, this role may be perfect.

    What You’ll Own

Architect and manage our finance data stack. Integrate core systems and create intuitive dashboards that surface key insights.

Deliver profitability and performance insights. Analyze client, service, and warehouse economics to guide pricing and operational decisions.

Produce forward‑looking financial models. Build cash‑flow, scenario, and investment models that inform growth, cap‑ex, and M&A strategy.

Create crisp management & investor reporting. Translate data into clear stories that help leadership and capital partners make decisions.

Champion automation and continuous improvement. Streamline data workflows with BI tools, scripting, and AI where it adds value.

    The Tools You’ll Use

Excel (power‑user level), Extensiv WMS, Looker Studio or Power BI

Nice to have tools (not required but appreciated): basic SQL, Python, n8n, and GPT prompts.

    What You Bring

    1 - 3 years in FP&A, audit, banking, or a data‑heavy analyst role.

Fluency in financial modeling and the storytelling that turns models into action.

Curiosity about warehouse ops and unit economics - you want to walk the floor, not just live in spreadsheets.

Bias for building systems over chasing one-off answers. You’re expected to help design new processes and define what data needs to be captured in the first place to support strategic decision-making.

Comfort operating in ambiguity - you’re willing to identify and source missing data that isn't yet tracked, working across departments to build clarity into our systems.

Why This Beats a Typical Analyst Gig

Seat at the table. You’ll work directly with the founder and CEO; your dashboards drive daily decisions.

Deal exposure. Model real M&A and real‑estate transactions - great prep for PE or IB down the road.

Green‑field Business Intelligence. No legacy data warehouse to untangle; you choose the stack and set the standards.

Growth runway. As we add facilities, you can scale into Financial Planning and Analysis lead or transition toward a future financial leadership role.

    Compensation & Logistics

    Base salary: $60–70 k DOE

Bonus: up to 10 % tied to forecast accuracy, dashboard adoption, and margin improvements identified

Benefits: health, dental, paid time off, professional‑development stipend

Schedule: hybrid—3 days in the warehouse for true ops context, 2 days remote

Ready to turn numbers into insight and insight into action? Send your résumé and a one‑page sample dashboard or model (sanitized) to careers@thrive3pl.com with “Financial Data Analyst” in the subject line.

Flexible work from home options available.
