Responsibilities: • Educate individuals and families on life insurance, living benefits, and financial protection strategies. • Conduct virtual and in-person appointments in a professional and consultative manner. • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions. • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up. • Learn and apply proven education and communication frameworks. • Participate in coaching sessions, workshops, and ongoing skill development. • Manage scheduling, communication, and documentation related to client interactions. • Collaborate with mentors and team leaders to improve performance. • Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines. Qualifications: • Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain a Life and Health Insurance License. • Strong communication and listening skills. • Comfortable speaking with individuals and families about financial topics. • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively. • Coachable mindset with openness to feedback and development. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Reliable internet access and basic technology proficiency. Compensation: $125,000+ at plan
