Responsibilities: • Seeking and maintaining a license is a key responsibility. • Participating in field training is essential. • Conducting client-facing appointments is a crucial task. • Establishing trust-based relationships with clients is a priority. • Developing referral networks is necessary. • Managing a personal pen business is part of the role. • Providing training to team members is expected. • Engaging in recruiting and expanding the business is a key duty. Qualifications: • The ideal candidate should have over 2 years of experience in financial services or a related field. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role. • A strong understanding of various financial products and services is required. • The ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a remote work environment is crucial. • Competencies needed include being located in the North American time zone and having US work authorization. Compensation: $4,000 - $6,000 monthly
