Responsibilities: • Educate individuals and families on life insurance, living benefits, and financial protection strategies. • Conduct virtual and in-person appointments in a professional and consultative manner. • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions. • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up. • Learn and apply proven education and communication frameworks. • Participate in coaching sessions, workshops, and ongoing skill development. • Manage scheduling, communication, and documentation related to client interactions. • Collaborate with mentors and team leaders to improve performance. • Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines. • Represent the organization with professionalism, integrity, and care.
