    Position Summary

    As an Operations Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the COO and senior leadership by delivering data-driven insights that enhance operational performance and financial outcomes. This role is ideal for a seasoned analyst with a strong understanding of healthcare operations, particularly in multi-site physical therapy or outpatient care settings.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze clinic-level and regional operational performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Partner with operations, finance, and clinical leadership to evaluate business initiatives and model financial impact.
    • Lead monthly reporting on KPIs such as revenue per visit, clinician productivity, and cost per encounter.
    • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization.
    • Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to support decision-making.
    • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for the COO and Board.
    • Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses for strategic initiatives (e.g., clinic expansion, staffing models).
    • Collaborate with HR and compliance teams to align financial planning with workforce and regulatory considerations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
    • 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in healthcare or multi-site operations.
    • Strong command of Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement models, clinic operations, and productivity metrics.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    • Experience working with EMR, ERP, or HRIS systems is a plus.

    Preferred Attributes

    • Experience in outpatient physical therapy or rehabilitation services.
    • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
    • Passion for improving patient care through operational and financial excellence.
