Job Description

We are hiring a Financial Operations Associate to support our corporate finance function. This role is designed to take execution-heavy finance and analytical work off leadership while giving the right candidate hands-on exposure to real-world financial operations, light due diligence, and process improvement.

This is a role ideal for someone early in their finance career who is strong in Excel, understands financial statements, and wants broad exposure rather than a narrow silo.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Excel-based financial analyses, trackers, and reporting
• Perform financial reviews and first-pass due diligence on acquisition opportunities
• Support process improvement and light automation.
• Help standardize recurring M&A workflows, templates, and documentation
• Provide general analytical and operational support to the finance team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of financial statements and basic financial concepts
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivot tables; modeling familiarity).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Eager and Motivated to learn and grow
