POSITION: Operations Specialist
FULLTIME: ASAP - to 01/21/2026
LOCATION: Pennington, NJ / Chandler, AZ
SCHEDULE: Training will be onsite for all 5 days for first 6 weeks, after will be hybrid (requirement of 3 days onsite, 2 WFH)
PAY RANGE: $20.00 - 21.03/HR

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Operations Analyst role supports the Performance Operations organization. The Information Management Analyst is responsible for assisting with client onboarding into the various performance platforms, reviewing performance data and returns within the performance platform, and providing support to the Branch Office networks.
Responsibilities:
\- Complete client onboarding activities for performance platforms
\- Review and validate performance data and returns on performance platforms
\- Supports Institutional Consultant inquiries
Required Skills:
\- Previous experience supporting an operational function at a financial institution
\- Knowledge of investment products and vehicles
\- Previous customer service experience
\- Intermediate proficiency in excel required
Desired Skills:
\- Relevant coursework in finance a plus
\- Previous experience working for a broker dealer or supporting a financial advisory team
