We’re looking for someone who wants to start as an Executive Assistant—but has the mindset and drive to grow into a Financial Paraplanner and eventually even a full-blown Advisor. You’ll be shadowing our CEO, getting hands-on with real clients, managing workflows, pricing real estate assets, and digging deep into financial strategy. If you want boring and repetitive, look elsewhere. This role evolves fast, and you’ll grow just as fast—if you show us you can handle it. We’re not looking for someone who wants to clock in and clock out. We want someone who wants in on the game. If you’re tired of jobs that ask for experience but give you none—and you want to learn, grow, and make an impact—apply now. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do (To Begin With): • Master the calendar, inbox, and communication flow of a busy CEO • Call clients and vendors to move things forward fast • Help execute trades, manage client accounts, and prepare financial plans • Run pricing comps for raw land deals (yep, real estate too) • Prepare reports, do research, and streamline operations • Gradually take over paraplanner responsibilities—think rebalancing, investment strategy, and client follow-up What You’ll Grow Into: • Lead paraplanner and client strategist • Key player in land deal pricing and financial analysis Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree (bonus if you studied finance, business, econ, or accounting) • Great with people, sharp on details, and tech-savvy (Excel and AI are your friends) • A natural communicator—on the phone, in person, or by email • Obsessed about learning and getting better every day Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
