    Come be a part of our team in a customer-centric small office in Green Bay, WI. We are looking to welcome a motivated, detail-oriented, and ethical Paraplanner/Support Advisor to our staff. This is an on-site, in-person role only. Collaborate with our Advisors to provide clients with comprehensive financial planning and investment management services. We are seeking an innovative, responsible, caring team player who is excited to work alongside dedicated colleagues committed to helping individuals achieve financial stability. An important part of our team is a lovable, well-trained office dog. Comfort around animals and willingness to care for her throughout the day are a must. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Advisors to analyze data and streamline the financial planning process for optimal client service • Generate client forms and agendas tailored to individual meeting requirements • Address and fulfill clients’ and Advisors' needs with meticulous attention to detail and effectiveness • Provide clients with requested information regarding their accounts and financial planning data • Document client interactions and ensure timely follow-up and workflow completion • Manage client investment accounts and handle contributions, distributions, and beneficiary designations • Maintain accurate files and records in compliance with regulatory standards Qualifications: • This is a full-time on-site role in a professional office setting • Have current Series 66, Series 7 (or 6), WI health, and WI life insurance licenses • 2-3 years of experience within the financial services industry is preferred • Experience working with LPL Financial is preferred • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills • Professional and positive attitude, friendly demeanor both in-person and by telephone • A high level of ethics, discretion, compliance, accountability, and confidentiality to protect clients and team members • Resilient self-directed individual who can work both independently and with a high-performance team Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 per year base salary + incentives
