Responsibilities: • Aid clients in implementing financial recommendations such as savings plans, life insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products • Research and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives • Identify, seek, and establish prospects continuously and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given • Create customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs • Conduct financial consultations with clients to assist them in defining their financial objectives and creating personalized financial strategies that are suitable based on the client's risk tolerance. • Present a variety of financial services and products, such as retirement planning, wealth building, investments, college savings, and insurance options. • Provide clients with education or financial tactics and industry best practices to ensure comprehension of available choices. • Establish and maintain enduring client relationships, regularly checking in to monitor their advancement towards financial targets. • Engage in continuous training programs to enrich financial expertise and capabilities. • Have the opportunity to advance into leadership and managerial positions as your career evolves. Qualifications: • Knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is desired • Success as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or financial consultant is desired • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required; customer service experience is a plus. • Must have the ability to learn and understand state and federal regulations that affect the financial industry as a whole. • Relationship skills, communication skills, and customer service skills are crucial. • Must be authorized to work in the United States, have a U.S. phone number, and a valid U.S. residence. • Job seekers must already have or be willing to get licensed in the financial sector. • Current professional license FINRA Series 6 and 63 or equivalent is a plus Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 at plan commission
