Responsibilities: • Create personalized financial strategies integrating life insurance, investment management, retirement planning, tax efficiency, and estate considerations • Develop Holistic Financial Plans • Conduct Comprehensive Client Discovery • Understand each client’s financial goals, values, risk tolerance, and protection needs through in-depth fact-finding and goal-based discussions • Present and Implement Insurance Solutions • Design and maintain diversified investment strategies that reflect long-term goals, market conditions, and financial plans • Deliver Ongoing Advice and Plan Reviews • Ensure Compliance and Fiduciary Integrity • Maintain a high standard of ethics, meet all regulatory and firm guidelines, and always act in the client’s best interest • Collaborate with Internal Specialists Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field • Life and Health License • SIE, Series 7, Series 63/65/66, (CFP not required but good to have) Compensation: $180,000 - $210,000 at plan
