  • Responsibilities

    WestPoint Financial Group is assisting with the sourcing of this position. This role will be employed directly by the advisor team, Salient Financial Group.

    About the Role: Candidates must be detail-oriented and highly organized with demonstrated experience in supporting financial advisors or planners. In this role, you will play a critical part in the client experience process by preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating day to day operations. You will directly contribute by delivering a high-quality client experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support financial advisors in the development, implementation and monitoring of comprehensive financial plans
    • Prepare and update client financial documents, reports and meeting case notes
    • Schedule client meetings and manage calendars
    • Ensure timely follow-up and communication
    • Onboard new clients and collect required documentation
    • Maintain client records and CRM systems with accuracy and confidentiality
    • Serve as a liaison with custodians, investment platforms, insurance companies and other providers
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
    • Assist with account transfers and other administrative requests
    • Provide exceptional client service via phone, email and in-person communications
    • Contribute to process improvements and project support as needed

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in a financial planning, advisory or wealth management environment
    • Strong understanding of financial planning concepts
    • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and CRM systems, etc.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
    • High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and changing environment

    Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience
