During your internship, you will gain in-depth insight into the world of financial planning and asset management. Working alongside our staff, you will learn how to interact with clients while witnessing how all our departments work together to create a successful financial advisory experience for our clients.

What will I do at VFA ?

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assisting advisors in client meetings

Helping advisors rebalance client investment portfolios

Researching various client financial planning issues and presenting findings to advisors

Conducting stock, ETF, and mutual fund research and analyses

Researching and creating financial illustrations and presentations to be used internally in client/business meetings

Researching industry software and conducting cost analysis research

Working with our technicians to collect data to create/improve forms, reports, and processes for Advisor-Client meetings

Helping construct financial strategy recommendations in concert with advisors and technicians
