Phase 1: Gain Real-World Experience as a Financial Professional You’ll begin by developing firsthand experience in financial services, learning how to help individuals, families, and business owners protect and grow their wealth. Phase 2: Transition into Leadership as an Associate Partner After meeting defined performance milestones and leadership criteria, you may be invited into our six-month Associate Partner development program. In this leadership phase, you will gain: • Structured management and leadership training • Coaching in recruiting, team development, and accountability • Hands-on experience building and leading a team • A defined path toward Partner, Senior Partner, and Managing Partner roles This track is built for individuals who want to scale from individual success to organizational leadership. How We Will Compensate You: Phase 1 (Financial Professional): • Performance-based, commission-driven income • Training allowances and activity stipends (if eligible) • First-year bonuses and milestone incentives • Upside earning potential tied to performance Phase 2 (Associate Partner): • Salary plus performance-based incentives • Leadership-based compensation opportunities Responsibilities: Phase 1: Financial Professional (Production & Business Development) • Develop and grow a personal client base through networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting • Conduct in-depth financial fact-finding to assess clients’ goals, risk tolerance, and financial position • Design and present customized financial strategies, including protection, retirement, and wealth-building solutions • Recommend appropriate insurance and financial products aligned with client objectives • Build long-term client relationships through ongoing service, annual reviews, and proactive communication • Maintain compliance with all industry regulations, licensing requirements, and company standards • Achieve defined performance milestones required for leadership consideration Phase 2: Leadership Development (Associate Partner Track) Upon meeting performance and eligibility benchmarks: • Recruit, select, and onboard new financial professionals • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to drive performance and accountability • Conduct joint work appointments and provide field training support • Assist in creating business development strategies for team growth • Foster a culture of professionalism, ethical practice, and results-driven performance • Monitor and track team production metrics and provide performance guidance Qualifications: Who Should Apply? • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in sales, business development, management, or leadership roles • Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent professional experience); MBA graduates strongly encouraged to apply • A proven track record of setting ambitious goals and consistently exceeding performance expectations • Business mindset with the ability to take initiative, solve complex problems, and drive measurable results • Demonstrated leadership capability with the potential to mentor, coach, and develop a team • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to cultivate long-term professional partnerships • Resilience, adaptability, and persistence in competitive, performance-driven environments Benefits: • 401(k) • Medical insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Life & Disability insurance • Pension plan Compensation: $136,000 - $160,000 yearly
