    Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid) Overview Falcon Pacific Group is expanding and currently onboarding a select group of individuals interested in building a rewarding career as Financial Professionals within a high-growth, performance-driven environment. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about financial education, relationship building, and helping individuals, families, and business owners achieve their financial goals. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely while developing a scalable business and creating long-term income potential. A Life & Health insurance license is preferred, and licensing support is available for qualified candidates. Prior experience in sales, business development, customer service, or other client-facing roles is highly valued. Responsibilities: • Educate individuals, families, and business owners on foundational financial concepts and strategies that support long-term financial well-being. • Conduct virtual consultations and personalized financial reviews via phone and Zoom. • Help clients identify financial goals and explore appropriate protection, savings, and wealth-building solutions. • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing service, education, and support. • Follow proven systems and processes to deliver a consistent client experience and support professional growth. • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship programs to develop financial knowledge, client advisory skills, and leadership capabilities. • Collaborate with experienced professionals while building the foundation for future leadership opportunities.
