Responsibilities: • Provide financial recommendations to clients for savings plans, life insurance policies, mutual fund investments, and other financial products • Identify, seek out, and generate prospects continuously using social media or other marketing tools and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor • Use a CRM to organize each client’s financial status, goals, cash flow, and monetary expectations for use in their individual financial plan • Research and provide financial advice and strategies through educational meetings or seminars that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives • Create customized financial plans using the products and services we offer based on each client’s potential life and financial needs Qualifications: • Must possess uncompromising integrity and the ability to communicate complex ideas • Must have effective relationship management skills • Required to effectively network to identify potential new clients Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 at plan commission
