Responsibilities: • Gather each client’s financial information to determine financial status, cash flow, financial goals, and financial expectations • Synthesize and present financial recommendations and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives • Design customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs • Assist clients in implementing financial recommendations such as life insurance, mutual funds, savings plans, and other financial products • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given Qualifications: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities • Ability to build long-term client relationships • Business mindset and goal-oriented approach • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred • Ability to obtain required Louisiana Life & Health licenses • FINRA registrations may be required depending on the role's responsibilities Employment is contingent upon background review and satisfaction of licensing requirements.
